This recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.byronbaychilli.com\/products\/\">Byron Bay Chilli Co<\/a> then takes it to another level with the addition of a mint slaw, too.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<h2>Coconut Tempura Fish Tacos Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<h4 class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">Marinade:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\u00bd cup fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">2 teaspoons salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">500g firm fish <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/?s=fish\">fillets<\/a> (snapper, barramundi, cod)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tempura Batter:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup flour<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup mineral water (ice cold)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups desiccated coconut<\/li>\n<li>Sunflower oil for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Salad:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups finely shredded green cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 cup finely shredded red cabbage<\/li>\n<li>1 cup coarsely chopped coriander (cilantro)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup coarsely chopped mint<\/li>\n<li>1 small red onion, finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>Limes for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Baja Sauce:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tablespoon chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon lime zest<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon lime juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.byronbaychilli.com\/products\/\">Byron Bay Chilli Company Fiery Coconut chilli Sauce with Curry &amp; Ginger<\/a><\/li>\n<li>8 small flour tortillas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<div class=\"jrFieldRow jrCookinginstructions\">\n<div class=\"jrFieldValue \">\n<div class=\"jrFieldRow jrCookinginstructions\">\n<div class=\"jrFieldValue \">\n<div class=\"jrFieldRow jrCookinginstructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the fish fillets into strips and marinate them in the lime juice and salt for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Next, make the cabbage salad, mixing all ingredients together and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>After that, combine all of ingredients for the Baja sauce and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Stir in the mineral water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Next, put the coconut in another shallow bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Dip the strips of fish in the tempura batter and then roll them in the coconut. Fry the battered fish in hot sunflower oil until the fish is lightly browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Next, warm the tortillas on a gas flame, a warm pan or griddle, or heat them in a microwave.
