Up next: this fish and prawns barbecue deliciousness, featuring their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.byronbaychilli.com\/products\/\">Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce.<\/a> This little <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/index.php\/category\/recipe\/\">seafood feast<\/a> has &#8220;summer&#8221; practically burned into it with\u00a0 a branding iron.<\/p>\n<h2>Byron Bay Chilli Co: Seafood Barbecue Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h4>Prawns<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>24 large green prawns<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp chopped coriander 2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>250ml BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fish<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 firm white fish fillets<\/li>\n<li>3 cups cooked jasmine rice<\/li>\n<li>250ml BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 small piece ginger, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 large cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>4 shallots, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 fresh red chillies, thinly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<div class=\"jrFieldRow jrMainingredients\">\n<div class=\"jrFieldRow jrCookinginstructions\">\n<div class=\"jrFieldValue \">\n<h4>Prawns<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Shell and de-vein the prawns, leaving the tails on. Place them in a shallow dish.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the coriander, garlic, lime juice, chilli, and oil. Pour the mixture over the prawns and marinate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Skewer the prawns and grill about three minutes per side while basting with the Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Fish<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut four pieces of foil and baking paper big enough to enclose the fish fillets. Cover the foil with the baking paper and mound \u00be cup rice in the centers.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the fillets on top of the rice. Spoon Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce over the fish.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with ginger, garlic, shallots, and chillies. Bring the sides of the foil together and roll them to create a seam. Then scrunch the ends closed.<\/li>\n<li>Grill the pouches for 10-15 minutes, until cooked, or bake on a tray at 200\u00baC for 12-15 minutes.
