You can literally whip it up while you are starting the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/10\/ginger-and-grilled-shrimp-salad\/\">grill<\/a>. Feel free to flavor this with a little light smoke\u2013say apple or other fruitwoods. Serve with a creamy <em>rissoto<\/em>, arugula, and tomato salad and a chilled white wine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dave-dewitt.com\/digital-bookstore\/\">This recipe comes to us from the seafood section of Barbecue Inferno. The book is available here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5992\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Reeling-in-the-Years.jpg\" alt=\"reeling in the years\" width=\"500\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Reeling-in-the-Years.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.seafood-harvest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Reeling-in-the-Years-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cc6600;\">The Salmon<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 salmon steaks<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cc6600;\">Green Chile Lime Sauce<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves<\/li>\n<li>3 roasted and peeled New Mexico green chiles, stems and seeds removed<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Juice of 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lime zest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Brush the steaks with the oil and season with the salt and pepper.
